• Who are Rockford Group?

  Rockford Group is an Australian owned and operated business developed in 2012 to meet the growing demand for wholesale supply to the security market though out the East Coast of Australia. Since this time we have continued to build on our fantastic reputation with the introduction of an ever increasing range of products and services. Whether we are the sole fabricator of your products or we can assist with additional fabrication support during your busy periods we would be keen to work with you. Our business is about helping you develop your business.

  We have fabricators with over 20 years’ experience in the stainless steel security market so we know security screens. Rockford Group manufacture all security screens to Australian standards and deliver them to you in timely manner. We use our extensive manufacturing knowledge to produce a wide range of products which we supply into a range of industries.

• What security system to you manufacture?

  We chose to only offer the best systems. We are a proud fabricator of Commandex systems including Secureview, Xceed and Xcell. We also offer diamond grille products so can meet all your security needs.

• What colours do you offer?

  Rockford Group offers 28 standard colours but can organise coating to any colours available through local coaters. Rockford also offers the Woodgrain looking aluminium.

• What is the lead time?

  We pride ourselves on our fast order turn around. Our target is to ensure orders for standard products in stocked colours will be manufactured in 5 working days after the date of placement. Orders which require powder coating (and fire escapes) should allow 15 days. Sometimes during peak times we may require additional time but you will be advised of any known delays you’re your order is being processed.

• How to place an order?

  It’s easy. Simply register online by completing the Account Registration Form. Once completed, you will be sent an information pack which includes all the information you need to begin ordering from us. For enquiries contact us.

• Can I order before my account is approved?

  Yes you can. You can pay by credit card at checkout when placing your order. Please note any applicable customer discounts will not be added until the account is processed.

• How can I pay?

  There are three simple ways to pay. Firstly, online when you place your order.  Secondly, complete the account form in your welcome pack or download and send back to us. Finally, if you pick-up your goods or they are delivered on our truck, we have payment facilities available

• Where do we deliver to?

  Whilst our manufacturing facility is located in Brisbane we provide a very efficient regular National delivery service at very attractive rates.

• What are the Delivery Charges?

  Delivery will be invoiced separately at the end of each week, this allows multiple orders to be combined whilst only paying a single delivery fee. Delivery charges are as follows:

  Sunshine Coast	$25
  Byron Bay to Wollongong (East Coast)	$35
  Victoria + Other NSW/QLD	$55
  All Other Interstate	$185

• Can I collect my orders?

  If required, you can contact us to organise local collection from our Coopers Plains factory.

• Are all products under warranty?

  Yes, all Rockford Group products are covered under the Supplier Warranty Terms where applicable.
