In these terms and conditions of Sale (“Conditions of Sale”) “You” means the person, organisation or entity that purchased the products or related services from us. “we” or “us” or “our” means CXP Direct Pty Ltd T/as Rockford Screens ABN: 16 639 511 443 - rockfordscreens.com.au whose business is located 627 Boundary Road Coopers Plains Brisbane, Australia 4108.
Please read through these Conditions of Sale carefully as they form the agreement under which we will supply products and services to you. These conditions of sale apply to all sales made by us to consumers and dealers, whether products and services are purchased online or via fax.
1.1 Our online store invites You to buy Goods from Us. A legally binding contract with You will only arise once Rockford Screens has received payment for the Goods in Full from You. We shall notify you of acceptance of your order by e-mail or telephone to the contact details given by You in the order form. We regret we cannot accept orders outside Australia.
1.2 We will let you have an “order reference number” via a confirmation email or over the phone once your checkout process or fax order is complete. If you are paying by Account, credit card, debit card, EFTPOS, we will not complete your order until your payment has passed our internal validation procedures. Once your payment has been validated, we will process your order and let you have your reference number. Please keep your order reference number safe.
2.1 The price payable for a product is the one set out on our website and pricing manual at the time of placing your order.
2.2 The price shown at Our online store includes the Goods and Service Tax (GST) and are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
2.3 We accept payment by VISA & MasterCard Credit Card. If the delivery address is Brisbane metropolitan or you have requested pick-up you can pay on delivery using Cash, EFTPOS. We also accept Direct Deposit.
2.4 Credit Card Details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Whilst we employ the latest technology and use eWAY Secure Payment Gateway, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you if your credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner by a third party.
2.5 If you have a promotional/discount/coupon code, you will be prompted to enter the code at the checkout and this will generate a discount from your cart value or add an incentive. To activate, simply enter a valid code then click the “Apply” button. All promotional codes have a unique set of terms and conditions automatically applied when issued and are only valid at our discretion. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discount. If you are unable to use a promotional code, please contact us.
2.6 Your tax invoice will be available once payment is confirmed and/or delivered. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase and may be required for any warranty claims.
3. Right to Cancel or Change Order
3.1 As our products are custom made and the manufacturing process will begin after a set period of 24 hours You are only able to cancel or change your order by contacting Us the next business day (Monday to Friday) from placing your order.
3.2 You cannot cancel or change Your order if the goods You have ordered are manufactured to your requirements as these goods will not be resalable to Us. We regret that once Your Order has been accepted by US in relation to such Goods and entered on Our manufacturing process We are unable to accept changes to these Goods or cancellation of Your order. If prior to delivery You do wish to change Your order or cancel it after We have accepted it please contact Us as soon as possible by email or phone and We will try to assist you.
4. Refund and Return Policy
4.1 Unfortunately as your order has been made to suit your individual requirements and all security screens are custom built; we are unable to accept returns for custom made goods, as rockfordscreens.com.au are unable to on sell them. However, we do offer refunds or returns if the error is from manufacturing or delivered faulty.
If you see a problem within 14 days of receiving your order and have provided accurate measurements and details, we will repair your product, or remake it completely. This guarantee is only offered for faults or manufacturing errors and not for personal change of mind on product or size/colour or accessory selection.
5. Stock Shortages
5.1 We do our best to keep in stock most products that are advertised by us, however stock levels can change without notice. If the Goods you order are unavailable We will notify you and suggest a suitable replacement as soon as possible using the details provided by you at the checkout process to amend, cancel or put your order on backorder as agreed with you.
6. Product Descriptions and Measurements
6.1 The product information and photographs contained within our Online Store are provided for illustrative purposed only and We cannot assure that they are correct. As the Goods You order are manufactured to the measurements You provide in Your order, it is very important that Your measurements are accurate. We do not accept the return of Goods due to your measurements being incorrect. You are advised to read the ‘How to Measure’ within our online store or contact us for guidance on how to measure correctly.
Please be aware that if you are ordering manufactured Goods from measurements taken from a house plan, we cannot be held responsible if the measurement on the building plans vary from Actual measurements.
7. Manufacturing Times and Delivery of Your Goods
A delivery fee is payable in most areas. Please refer to our Delivery Charges section to check applicable charges.
If you need to change a delivery date or the delivery address, please contact us at least 48 hours after order confirmation.
Manufacturing times stated on Our website and Order Status notification emails are to be used as a guide only. Times are approximate and calculated on standard manufacturing working days and do not include weekends. Whilst we should endeavour to manufacture Your order within the quoted time frame, variations of stock or workload on the factory and/or powder coaters can change the dates stated. We will endeavour to notify You as early as possible as We are made aware of any delays by manufacturing.
Rockford Screens will delivery your Goods via a range of delivery methods:
a. Delivery by one of our drivers.
b. Delivery by Independent freight company
Goods will be delivered to the address You have provided on the order form for delivery. Rockford Screens will not be held responsible for Goods that You receive damaged in transit or lost.
We carefully package and prepare all our orders prior to dispatch. Please carefully check the contents of your parcel upon receipt to ensure all purchased items are included. If there are missing items in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
8. Events Beyond Our Control
We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver Goods You have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for the change of the specified delivery date or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond Our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs, and other industrial disputes, manufacturing delays, breakdown of systems or network access, transportation delays, stock and order delays, flood, fire, explosions or accident.
9. Your Rockford Screen Account
You may create a Rockford Screens account by registering your name, providing certain information about yourself, and creating a password. You agree that you will provide complete, current and accurate information about yourself and/or your business as requested, and that you will keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your username and password that you use to access your member account on this site. You agree not to disclose your username or password to any third party.
BY ORDERING PRODUCTS OR USING SERVICES, OR BY OTHERWISE INDICATING ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND REVIEWED THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS, AND THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATIONS TO YOU.
All content on Rockford Screens websites including text, graphics, logos, design, photographs, button icons, images, audio/video clips, data compilations, and software and its compilation is the property of Rockford Screens and is protected by Australian and International copyright laws.

Unless you have agreed to have your credit card information stored in our system, we don’t store any credit card information obtained through our website. We pass it onto our bank for processing by eWAY.

However, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as company and product research, delivering packages, sending mail and emails and processing payments. If you request a 14-day account we will keep the application form on file and conduct the appropriate credit checks as nominated by you on the account request form.
